Out-of-Network Benefits
I am primarily an out-of-network provider, meaning that I don't bill insurance directly. Many clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. If you have the option of using out-of-network benefits, I will provide monthly superbills with all the details insurance companies require.
Fees & Insurance Information
Group Therapy -
$60/Weekly for 12 Weeks
The group is limited to 10 people. The next group starts in the fall of 2026. Please contact me if you would like to join! Each week's payment is due at the beginning of that session.
Couples Therapy -Â
$225/50-Minute
In couples work, the client is the relationship - not either individual. Therefore, I do not work with insurance for couples therapy and payment is due at the time of service.
Individual Therapy -
$200/50-Minute
For individual therapy, I am in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. For any other insurance carrier, I am an out-of-network provider and don't bill insurance directly.Â
