Life Transitions Therapy

Support through change, identity shifts, and uncertainty

My Approach

My approach to therapy during life transitions is compassionate, relational, and grounded in helping you feel more connected to yourself during periods of change. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based therapy to support both emotional insight and practical growth.

Using IFS, we explore the different parts of you that may feel anxious, uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck with curiosity rather than judgment. AEDP helps us process emotions in a safe and supportive relationship so you can move through transitions with greater emotional clarity and self-understanding.

Psychodynamic therapy helps us understand how past experiences and relationship patterns may shape the way you respond to change in the present. ACT principles support learning how to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions while staying connected to your values and the life you want to build moving forward.

A strengths-based perspective keeps therapy grounded in your resilience, helping you reconnect with your existing strengths, insight, and ability to adapt.

Together, therapy becomes a space to process change, build self-trust, and move through transitions with greater confidence and emotional grounding.
