Chronic Illness Group Therapy
You don't have to navigate this alone.
This is a weekly, relationally-focused support group for adults living with chronic illness or chronic pain. It's a space to build community and connect with others who understand your journey. Together, we co-create a safe, connected environment where everyone can feel validated and understood. Participants commit to attending a set series of consecutive weekly sessions, and at the close of each cohort the group reopens so members can decide whether to continue.
Â
I know how important it is to find a supportive community as part of the process of learning to live in a new reality, and I draw on both my personal and professional experience with chronic illness and chronic pain to create a connected, safe, supportive environment.

Sessions are offered at an affordable rate, with financial assistance available for those for whom cost is prohibitive. Participants must be 18 or older to join.
Lean into Joy
Even while living with chronic illness or pain, there is room for connection, laughter, and meaning - and this group helps you reconnect with the moments of joy that make life feel full.
Build Community
Build a genuine network of support to help you adjust to and live within a new reality, rather than navigating it alone.
Find Safety & Validation
Be part of a supportive environment, co-created by the group, where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as you are.
Create Authentic Connection
Spend time each week with others who share the lived experience of chronic illness and pain, reducing the isolation that so often comes with it.
